NCIC's EZ Web Conferencing Services offers ReadyShow® web conferencing, a feature-rich full web collaboration service. As with our audio conferencing services, you can make choices to tailor the web collaboration services to meet your specific expectations. Below is a list of features and benefits of utilizing ReadyShow® web conferencing:
- Our Web-based Application with Optional Desktop Shortcut can be accessed from any computer with Internet access and requires no installation of software.
- Publish Microsoft® PowerPoint(tm), Excel(tm) and Word(tm) Documents without the participants having to download the documents.
- Real time Document sharing allows the option to share select documents and applications or entire desktop.
- Our web conferencing solution enables participants to "raise hand" in response to question or to get host attention. This feature can also be used to Tallies "raised hands".
- Create and execute polls with the option to share results with the participants. Results are tallied and presented to the host online and in summary report.
- Smart Scrolling allows synchronized participant view of a document with the presenter's view.
- Presentation pointer can highlight key presentation points on slides or in documents.
- Marker tool can be used to illustrate key points in presentation (15 colors).
