Operator Dial
Participants schedule reservations via the toll-free reservation number, e-mail or fax. At the time of scheduling, NCIC is provided with a dial out list, including participants' names and telephone numbers. NCIC operator will call the participants, announce the reason for the call and place the participants into the appropriate conference. Operator assistance is available at all times, at no additional cost, by pressing *0.

NCIC's EZ Web Conferencing Services offers ReadyShow® web conferencing, a feature-rich full web collaboration service. As with our audio conferencing services, you can make choices to tailor the web collaboration services to meet your specific expectations.

Scheduled Conference
Participants schedule reservations via the Internet, the toll-free reservation number, e-mail or fax. Operator assistance is available at all times, at no additional cost, by pressing *0. All participants dial the same telephone number, enter a pass code, and are automatically added to their conference, or, for an additional charge, an operator answers the participants' incoming telephone call and adds the participant to the conference.
